ESSIAL will hold its Final Infoday on the 11th of July!

On the 31st of July, the ESSIAL project will come to its end after more than 4 years and half of collaborative research works. Before its end, the project consortium is organising a Final Infoday. The event will take place on the 11th of July 2022 at UniLaSalle in Amiens, France. 

About the event

This special event will be the occasion to present the main results of the project and to discuss the innovative laser technologies for electrical steel, equipment and components developed within the ESSIAL project. 

The morning of the event will be dedicated to presentations and discussions with interested parties, while the afternoon will allow participants to discover some of the facilities used in the project. See the detailed programme below: 

  • 09:00 - Welcome Coffee
  • 09:30 - Introduction and presentation of ESSIAL
  • 10:00 - Implementations for power electronics inductances and transformers
  • 11:45 - Application method for demonstrators and electrical machines
  • 12:30 - Lunch break
  • 14:00 - Visit of the facilities
  • 16:00 - Q&A and closing session
